Content on Walking With AI — including catalog metadata, AI chat assistant ("SONIC") responses, audio-quality scores, and recommendations — is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional, financial, investment, legal, or medical advice, and you shouldn't treat it as such.
2. AI-Generated Content May Be Imperfect
As explained in our AI Content Disclosure, the core catalog and the SONIC chat assistant are AI-generated or AI-driven. AI systems can produce inaccurate, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated output. We do their best to curate and improve quality, but we don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of anything an AI system on this platform generates or says.
3. Virtual Economy Is Not a Financial Product
Sound Points / SONIC Tokens, Vinyl Shards, Prism Gems, and every other in-platform currency or item have no real-world monetary value, are not an investment, and are not redeemable for cash (see our Terms of Service, Section 5). Nothing on the platform — including leaderboards, faction standings, or "producer level" — should be understood as financial advice or a financial product of any kind.
4. "As-Is" Service
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the radio stream, Vault uploads, mini-games, or any other feature will always be available, secure, or free of bugs.
5. Fictional Characters & Personas
The performers, artists, DJs, and other personas appearing on Walking With AI — including all NPC and AI-performer accounts — are entirely fictional characters created for entertainment purposes. Their names, backstories, voices, visual likenesses, and musical styles are original inventions. Any resemblance between a fictional persona on this platform and any actual person, living or dead, or any actual musical act, is purely coincidental and unintentional.
6. Third-Party Content & Links
The Service may reference, link to, or embed content from third parties (fonts, CDNs, the AI provider behind SONIC, and similar infrastructure). We aren't responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service we rely on or link to.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walking With AI and its founders are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, including any AI-generated content, recommendation, or in-platform economy outcome.
