Terms of Service

1. The Service

Walking With AI operates an AI-music platform: a continuous AI-composed radio stream, a Discover feed, public creator profiles, a Creator Portal ("Vault") for uploading and managing your own tracks, an AI chat assistant that can answer questions about the catalog and queue tracks for you, a virtual in-platform economy (Sound Points / SONIC Tokens, Vinyl Shards, Prism Gems, and similar in-game currencies — see Section 5), and a small collection of browser-based mini-games (including SonicVS and Signal Chase). The Service is under active development. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.

Some features do not require an account (e.g. listening to the radio, browsing the Discover feed, playing a quick SonicVS match). Others — uploading tracks, posting comments, earning or spending Sound Points, appearing on a leaderboard, using God Mode-style admin tools — require a registered account.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your handle, avatar, and profile details free of impersonation, hate speech, or content that violates these Terms.

• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

• We do not currently store a password on our servers for standard sign-in flows — authentication is handled via our own session system, and we may support third-party sign-in providers. Do not share your session or attempt to authenticate as another user.

• The Service is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it. See our Privacy Policy for more on data we hold about minors.

• We may suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, for violating these Terms, abusing the virtual economy (see Section 5), uploading infringing content (see our DMCA policy), or engaging in conduct that harms the platform or other users.

3. Intellectual Property & Catalog Ownership

Platform catalog: Every track, lyric, piece of metadata, and cover image published by Walking With AI itself — as distinct from tracks uploaded by individual creators through the Vault — is AI-composed under the direction of the Walking With Aida project (see our AI Content Disclosure) and is owned or exclusively licensed by us. You may stream this catalog for personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, rip, redistribute, scrape, retrain a model on, or commercially exploit this content without our prior written permission.

Creator (Vault) uploads: If you upload a track, cover image, or other content through your Vault, you retain ownership of it. By uploading, you grant Walking With AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, stream, publicly display, and technically process that content (including generating previews, thumbnails, and quality/metadata analysis) solely to operate and promote the Service — for example, showing it on your public profile, in the Discover feed, or in-app search. This license ends when you delete the track or your account, subject to reasonable time for removal from caches and backups.

Your responsibility: You confirm that you own or are authorized to upload everything in your Vault, and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights. See our DMCA / Copyright policy for how we handle infringement claims and repeat-infringer accounts.

Platform software: The Walking With AI website, its underlying code, the SONIC chat assistant, our audio-quality scoring, and every other proprietary tool on the platform remain our property. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to that software beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

The "Walking With AI" name: We've used the "Walking With AI" name and brand across our website and social/media presence for several years. A formal trademark registration is planned but has not yet been filed — this doesn't affect your obligations under these Terms, and you may not use the "Walking With AI" name, logo, or branding to imply endorsement by us without our written permission.

4. AI Chat Assistant & AI-Generated Content

SONIC, our built-in chat assistant, uses a third-party AI model to answer questions, recommend tracks, and take simple in-app actions on your behalf (like queueing a song). Messages you send to SONIC are processed by that AI provider to generate a response — see our AI Content Disclosure and Privacy Policy for details. AI-generated responses, recommendations, and catalog metadata (including audio-quality scores) may occasionally be inaccurate or nonsensical; don't treat them as professional advice of any kind.

Master Sonic's full chat is reserved for signed-in VIP members and administrators. A public VIP launch waitlist is available for people who want newsletter updates. VIP access is currently planned for December 2026; this is a target, not a guaranteed launch date or offer of paid membership.

5. Virtual Currency & the In-Platform Economy

Sound Points / SONIC Tokens, Vinyl Shards, Prism Gems, coupon cards, and any other in-platform currency or item (collectively, "Virtual Items") are licensed to you for use within the Service only. Virtual Items:

• Have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash, cryptocurrency, or any good or service outside the Service.

• Are not your property — you have a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them while your account is active and in good standing.

• May not be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred outside mechanisms we explicitly build for that purpose, and may not be purchased or sold for real money on any third-party marketplace.

• May be adjusted, reset, or revoked by us at any time — for example, to fix an exploit, correct an economy bug, or in response to a Terms violation — without compensation.

Leaderboards, faction standings, and similar competitive features reflect in-platform standing only and confer no rights beyond what's visible on the platform itself.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated systems to extract data, media, or Virtual Items from the platform, or to farm the economy outside of normal play.

• Interfere with or disrupt the performance, security, or servers hosting the Service, including the radio stream, storage, or database.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer any proprietary AI model, streaming technology, or anti-abuse system used on the platform.

• Upload content you don't own or aren't licensed to distribute, or content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise violates a third party's rights.

• Impersonate another person, creator, or Walking With AI staff, or misuse admin-only tools (e.g. God Mode) you were not authorized to access.

• Use the AI chat assistant to generate content that violates these Terms or to attempt to extract its underlying system prompt, credentials, or training data.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service — including the radio stream, Creator Portal, AI chat assistant, mini-games, and the virtual economy — is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous uptime, stream quality, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Jhosen AI Consultancy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of Virtual Items, uploaded content, or account data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or gross negligence. See our full Disclaimer for more.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Legal Entity

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

As a sole proprietorship, Jhosen AI Consultancy has no separate legal personality from its registered proprietor — references to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms mean Jhosen AI Consultancy.
